SEARCH PLEASANTON CEMETERY - UPDATE

A tip came in through the family attorney that JR Vaughan had dug a large deep hole with a backhoe around the time Patty disappeared on the property connected to and since purchased by the Pleasanton Cemetery. 3 eyewitnesses came forward and confirmed they saw the same thing during the same time.
Patty's family enlisted the help of Monica Caison and the CUE CENTER, a missing persons organization out of North Carolina, to help plan, finanance and conduct a dig.
The Cue Cent brought in a GPR from GEO SEARCH to conduct the ground penetrating radar over the suspected area. The results were that the GPR read 2 debris fields in the area and one with 2 cylinder shaped objects. One eye witness said he observed 2-55 gallon barrels next to the hole that was being dug at the time.
On the first day, an area approximately 25ft x 25ft was dug 6-8ft deep and contained a large amount of construction debris, but no Patty.
On day 2, Texas Equusearch joined in to help futher excavate the entire area. A whole 14 ft deep roughly the size of over 1/2 a football field. We dug for 17 hrs straight and no sign of Patty. The 2 cylinder shaped objects were large pieces of concrete. No barrels were found.
The people from Pleasanton came out to support us. They brought us food and drinks. They brought lights so we could search into the night. We are so greatful for their kindness.
We do not know where Patty is but we know where she isn't. We will continue to follow all leads until we find her. Someone somewhere knows something. Our family is no longer primarily concerned about bringing her murderer to justice. We know he has a date with the devil.
